Within the frames of its specialization, the Department of Tax Law ensures professional audit and advice within the scope of tax optimization, including tax problems occurring during the transformation of companies, mergers and acquisitions. We provide advice to our Clients as to how tax burdens are to be minimized and we create the best solutions for them.
