Associate who graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University with very good academic results. She defended her Master’s Thesis on “The expiration of an administrative decision” under the supervision of prof. Jan Zimmermann. During her studies she was awarded the scholarship of the Rector for excellent results on many occasions.
She is currently a doctoral student of the University of Silesia at the Department of Civil Law and Private International Law and a trainee at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Opole.
She specializes in cases within the scope of civil law, especially contract law and civil procedure. She renders current legal services for business entities. She is interested in the problems regarding real estate law and environmental law.
She is an active participant of many scientific conferences, an author of the publication titled „The subsidiarity principle and practical aspects of its application in public administration”.
She has extensive experience in working at Cracow and Częstochowa law firms and representing Clients before courts in civil cases and business lawsuits.
