Department of Competition Law
The Department of Competition Law is to, above all, protect our Clients – entrepreneurs – against activities restricting the development of free competition and limiting the free market business interests. We represent our Clients before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and common courts. Our aim is to ensure advantageous solutions that are simultaneously consistent with the law.
We support our Clients:
- during disputes within the scope of law regarding unfair competition practices
- in cases pertaining to the abuse of dominant positions on the market or the concentration of undertakings
- by assessing the agreements restricting competition
- by providing advice within the scope of anti-trust controls
