The founder and managing partner of Dawid & Partnerzy, who graduated the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice with very good academic results. He defended his Master’s Thesis on “Acquisition – referring criminal prosecution from abroad” under the supervision of prof. Kazimierz Marszał. After graduating he completed two legal trainings: judge’s (judicial exam in 1989) and attorney’s (Bar exam in 1994).
In 1994 he was registered as an attorney in the Częstochowa-Piotrków Bar and established his own Law Firm.
Since the beginning of his professional career, he has participated in the activities of the attorney self-government, since 2004 acting as the vice-president of Professional Conduct Committee of the Częstochowa-Piotrków Bar, and since 2007 as the President thereof.
Since 2002 he has been conducting classes on proceedings within the framework of applicant trainings of the Bar. Since 2003 he has been a member of examination boards (attorney’s exams, annual colloquia). He is also a patron of attorney applicants. He was a delegate of the Bar at the National Congresses of Attorneys in 2009, 2010 and 2016.
He is a co-author of publications and articles in the Rzeczpospolita newspaper and the Wprost newsmagazine (consultation).
He was awarded: the Silver Medal for Long Service in 2008 for his work in the attorney self-government, the Silver Badge of Merit of the Volunteer Water Rescue Services (WOPR) in 2012, and the Golden Badge of Merit for Services for the Częstochowa WOPR in 2005.
