Attorney / Associate
Associate, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University in Cracow. He defended his Master’s Dissertation titled “Witness statements in criminal procedure in view of the principle nemo se ipsum accusare tenetur” („Wyjaśnienia oskarżonego w procesie karnym w świetle zasady nemo se ipsum accusare tenetur”) under the guidance of dr. Michał Rusinek. While still a student, he continually cooperated with a large Cracow law firm, where he dealt with the pursuit and enforcement of pecuniary claims, and with a Court Mediator law firm, where he gained experience with respect to amicable dispute resolution. During his legal training, he was involved in the broadly defined civil law, trade law, pharmaceutical law, and tax law by representing Clients before common, and pharmaceutical courts as well as tax authorities. He provided services for companies listed on the Stock Exchange and other commercial law companies. In 2017, he passed his Bar exam and was admitted to practice as an advocate at the District Bar Association in Częstochowa.
He focuses his interests on civil, commercial, and pharmaceutical law.
