Attorney / Associate
Associate, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She defended her Master’s Dissertation titled “Arbitration as a mean to resolve international disputes with special reference to the activities of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague” („Arbitraż jako środek rozstrzygania sporów międzynarodowych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem działalności Stałego Trybunału Arbitrażowego w Hadze”), under the guidance of UJ prof. dr hab. Kazimierz Lankosz. She post-graduated from the studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University within the scope of environmental protection in European Union law and Polish law. From 2012 to 2017, she practiced and gained experience at one of the largest law firms in Cracow. Within the law firm, she dealt with the broadly defined administrative law, real estate law, construction law and environmental protection law by representing Clients in front of administrative, and civil courts. She provided services for developers and industrial entrepreneurs in cases connected with the regulation of the legal status of transmission facilities. She conducted re-privatisation cases, with special reference to the issues connected with expropriated real estate returns. In 2016, she completed her legal training as an advocate at the District Bar Association in Cracow. She passed her Bar Exam in 2017 and was admitted to practice as an advocate at the District Bar Association in Cracow.
She primarily specializes in the administrative substantive and procedural law.
