The Department of Competition Law is to, above all, protect our Clients – entrepreneurs – against activities restricting the development of free competition and limiting the free market business interests. We represent our Clients before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and common courts.   • in cases pertaining to the abuse of dominant positions on the market or the concentration of undertakings
  • by assessing the agreements restricting competition
  • by providing advice within the scope of anti-trust controls
