Partner, who graduated the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław with very good academic results. She defended her Master’s Thesis on “The age of the offender and the criminal liability” under the supervision of prof. Jacek Giezek.
Immediately after graduating, she obtained experience at Law Firms in Chełm, and subsequently in Częstochowa. She provided advice to, inter alia, companies active in the insurance sector.
After completing the attorney’s training, she passed the Bar exam. She is registered as an attorney in the District Bar Association in Częstochowa.
She has extensive experience in conducting out-of-court negotiations and court proceedings on the basis of civil cases with the inclusion of property, reprivatization, family, labour, and criminal cases.
She specializes in problems pertaining to transport law, insurance, civil liability and processes concerning the liquidation of property damages and personal injuries.
