Senior associate, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. He defended his Master’s Thesis on “Dividend taxation by income tax” under the supervision of prof. Włodzimierz Nykiel.
He already started working in the course of his studies in the legal division of a big group of companies where he provided current services for several companies, including joint stock companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, reviewed contracts and commercial contracts, and handled disputes.
He passed the Bar exam in 2013 and is listed as an attorney in the District Bar Association in Częstochowa.
He specializes in civil, economic and commercial law, administrative and court-administrative proceedings as well as public procurement law. He renders current legal services for business entities.
In 2016 he was appointed as an alternate member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Częstochowa-Piotrków Bar in Częstochowa.
